Social Media Manager

Job Summary
As Social Media Manager , you’ll be the digital voice of Moultrie—telling our story, driving engagement, and building community across various social platforms. This role is both creative and strategic: you’ll shape content calendars, launch campaigns, analyze performance, and work directly with creators, ambassadors, and partners to keep Moultrie at the forefront of the outdoor conversation.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of Moultrie across all social platforms, connecting with customers and fans daily.
- Develop and manage a multi-platform content calendar and social strategy.
- Own engagement strategy—responding to comments and messages, fostering community, and ensuring a consistent brand voice.
- Plan and execute campaigns around product launches, promotions, and in-season initiatives.
- Identify and test emerging trends in the social space, experimenting with new content formats.
- Collaborate with content creators and brand partners; spend time in the field capturing authentic stories.
- Track, analyze, and report on social performance metrics (reach, engagement, comments, etc.), using insights to refine strategies.
- Build and manage brand collaborations that align with Moultrie’s ethos.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of professional social media management experience, preferably in outdoor or sporting goods.
- Expertise in social analytics and platform tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business).
- Strong copywriting skills with an adaptable voice and sharp storytelling ability.
- Proven experience creating engaging social content (photo, video, or graphics).
- Passion for hunting and the outdoors.
- Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and responsive, with excellent project management skills.
