Legendary Servers at Baumhower’s We are Aloha Hospitality and our Baumhower’s Victory Grille restaurants are award winning in our markets year in and year out. If you are looking to do great things come join the team and help us make every day LEGENDARY at Baumhower’s. We care about our teams and are looking for servers that understand how to create a positive restaurant culture and will help us grow.
