Responsibilities:

• Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need
• Assist technicians service advisors and the sales department in identifying locating and obtaining the correct automotive parts for repairs or maintenance
• Manage parts inventory shop supplies and maintain accurate records using inventory management systems
• Process orders receive and stock incoming parts and ensure inventory is stocked in the correct location
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner
• Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date
• Answer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customers needs are met
• Inform customers of any current specials
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers co-workers and vendors
• This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail a sense of urgency and a solid understanding of automobiles to ensure efficient and accurate service for both internal and external GP1 employees.

Qualifications:

• Automotive parts department experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record

The pay for this position is $14.42 - $31.25/hr. based on experience.
