About the Role

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative thinking with a data-driven approach and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver measurable results. You’ll manage digital ad campaigns, support the sales and creative teams, and also play a role in managing client and in-house social media channels.

What You’ll Do

• Build, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media.

• Monitor and report on campaign and social performance using clear, actionable insights.

• Assist the sales team with digital proposals and marketing ideas that support client goals.

• Stay current with digital and social media trends to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house).

• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Experience creating and managing social media content (Meta required; other platforms a plus).

• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Bonus: Experience with Simplifi, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.
