About the Position
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a full-time, CBT-Certified Therapist (LICSW or LPC) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment focused on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals within the practice
  
• Deliver evidence-based care aligned with best clinical practices

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LICSW or LPC
• CBT Certification required
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
