**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and visitors.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential concerns.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual occurrences.
+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed to address incidents and support the overall security-related needs of the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A Guard Card or license is preferred.
+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ X-ray screening experience is preferred.
+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
