Territory Manager

- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Sells products or services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements in accordance with company policy.
- Interacts and works cohesively with other sales team members.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and profit and service improvements.
- Remains current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Assists the finance team in collecting receivables within the contracted time.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Achieves or exceeds budgeted revenue goals for new business with industrial customers in assigned sales territory.
- Attends team sales meetings and training classes as deemed appropriate; Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma
- Experience using a CRM is preferred
- You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
