Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This on-site only position offers the chance to make meaningful contributions across multiple school environments, working closely with dedicated staff and students.

Key Details:

• Start date: March 23, 2025; end date: May 29, 2026, with strong potential to renew for Extended School Year (ESY) and Next School Year (NSY) based on performance.
• Interview Day: On-site candidates only, April 15, 2026.
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
• Assignments include one role at an elementary campus and one itinerant role servicing both a private school and a local school cluster (details to follow).
• The role may be itinerant, requiring flexibility in working across multiple sites as assigned.
• Compensation ranges from $48 to $50 per hour, paid accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist license for Alabama is required.
• Strong background in school psychology or psychometry, with experience supporting K–12 student populations.
• Ability to provide current images of licensing credentials for prompt credentialing.
• Adaptability to work in itinerant roles, traveling between sites as needed.
• Excellent collaboration, assessment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments and provide psychological services in line with school and district needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student support plans.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of all services.
• Support with crisis intervention and consultation as required.
