Position Overview

As our Receptionist, you’ll serve as the face of the facility —managing communication, supporting daily operations, and ensuring every guest is greeted with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do

1. Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
2. Route calls and messages to appropriate staff
3. Greet visitors with a friendly, positive attitude
4. Direct visitors to appropriate departments
5. Maintain daily logs for consultants, regional staff, and employee itineraries
6. Handle UPS packages and outgoing mail with accuracy and attention to detail
7. Update internal systems (Infonet) as needed

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong customer service and communication skills
2. Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
3. Basic computer skills ( Microsoft Word & Excel )
4. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
5. Reliable attendance and punctuality
6. Must be at least 18 years of age
7. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
