As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Clearance Required in Huntsville, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific, security-related procedures and policies, including access control and visitor management at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor entry points, restricted areas, and key activity zones, reporting irregularities and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in a timely manner and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
