HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician

This position performs residential and light commercial service and maintenance. We provide technical training and uncapped earning potential.

Pay: $70,000 - $120,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm | occasional overtime

Location: Talladega County, AL

Position Overview:

• Service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Annual and routine maintenance
• Communicate with customers on repair, upgrades, IAQ accessories, and replacement recommendations options
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Participating in company-paid training

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician, or an equivalent combination of training and practical experience
• Possession of a valid EPA Universal Certification
• Proven ability to assess equipment issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solution
• Skilled in servicing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
• Understanding of fundamental sheet metal fabrication and installation techniques
• Capable of safely lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification required
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
