What You'll Do

As a Line and Prep Cook at Bay Town Burger Co., you'll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our customers leave satisfied. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients and setting up workstations to meet daily needs.
• Cooking menu items with precision and consistency, following recipes and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
