Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide support in K-12 educational settings, delivering services in both 1:1 and group environments. The role is based in Vance, AL, and runs from the start date ASAP through the end of the current school year on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior support plans for students across grades K-12.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions under supervision in both individual and group settings.
• Collect and maintain accurate data related to student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to behavioral programming.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
• Experience applying for Substitute Certification is required.
• Prior school-based and/or behavior-related work experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Duration: Contract through the end of the school year
