As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting operations through teamwork, integrity, reliability, agility, and a caring, people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and maintaining required entry and exit records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in clear and accurate daily activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
