We Welcome New Student Grads CDL Class A Drivers Over the Road
Position Offer. Overhaul Carriers Ltd. is looking for recent CDL A graduates ready to begin their driving career with paid training and a structured path into solo operation. Trainees work alongside experienced drivers, learn safe driving practices and earn steady weekly pay during the training period. Training Phase: 4 to 6 weeks of over-the-road with experience mentor. $650 per week during training. Focus on inspections, safe operation, and professional communication. Experienced Driver Option: Drivers with six months of regional or over-the-road experience may qualify for experienced pay. After Training: Weekly earnings between $1260 to $1500. 2000 to 3000 miles per week. 2 weeks out and 2 days home with family. Daily Responsibilities: Complete pre-trip and post trip inspections. Deliver freight on time. Operate a Class A tractor trailer on long haul routes. Maintain logs and trip documentation. Communicate with dispatch and driver managers.
