Paul Mitchell Schools in Birmingham, AL, are looking for a full-time Esthetician Instructor to inspire the next generation of beauty pros. Picture yourself working in a lively, high-energy setting where your love for teaching and esthetics takes center stage. You'll enjoy a competitive pay of $19 per hour and great benefits kicking in after just 90 days-including:

You'll be working full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM . Enjoy your weekends off while you help shape the future of esthetics!

As an Esthetician Instructor, your days will be anything but boring. You'll teach future professionals in both classroom settings and on the Clinic Floor, where students get hands-on experience by providing services to guests. Your day will involve mentoring and supporting students, offering feedback and encouragement, and guiding them through their educational journey. You'll stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques to keep our curriculum cutting-edge. Every day, you'll create a positive, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Current Alabama esthetics license
• Alabama instructor's license
• Passion for continuing education and personal growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
