Reefer Truck Driver Overview
- Top pay that rises with performance. Top drivers earn up to $92,000 per year , with total pay reaching up to 67 CPM including bonuses*.
- Bonuses that build your check. Performance and fuel bonuses add up to 8 CPM on top of base pay.
- A schedule that keeps you rolling. Get home weekly or bi-weekly , depending on location.
- 100% no-touch freight. Spend more time rolling and less time loading.

- Strong start bonuses. $1,500 sign-on bonus ($750 after first load, $750 after 90 days) plus $1,000 paid orientation & a $625 Loyalty Bonus after every 6 months employed*.
