Senior Electrical Engineer

Our Client is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team.

Job Duties :

• The ideal candidate will provide support to grid operations, planning, and research are with Client's Research and Development
• They will also support projects in time lead efforts to deploy and evaluate emerging technologies in this arena
• This position is primarily focused on tools to support grid operations with an emphasis on Power System analysis, "Big Data" analytic, and visualization.
• The work will also Involve projects in other areas of the Power System.
• Knowledge of databases, data structures, and computer networking is desirable as well.
• Hybrid Work environment (reporting in Office at least 3 days per week ( 12 days a month)
• Long term contract (Estimated Duration of Assignment 5 years)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (EE)
• Specialization in Power Systems desired
• Experience with computer programming (Python, C#, SQL) desired
• Advanced degree in EE, computer science or other related fields strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent Troubleshooting and Analytical skills
