We offer a unique schedule designed for drivers who want to maximize their income without sacrificing a real break. Run hard for 21 days, and enjoy a guaranteed full 7 days off at home.We pay for your flights to get you home and back to your truck.
The Pay Breakdown
- Weekly Earnings: $1,700 – $2,100 average
- Yearly Potential: $90,000 – $112,000+
- Work Cycle: 21 Days on the Road / 7 Full Days at Home.
- Paid Travel: Company-covered flights to and from your home for every time-off cycle.
- Fully Loaded Cabs: Equipped with CB radios, bedding, pillows, blankets, and essential utensils.
- No-Touch Freight: 100% No-Touch, nationwide OTR routes.
- CSA Safety Bonus: $700 paid every 90 days (plus additional PTO accumulation).
- On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 paid every 90 days.
- Health Care: Top-tier Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage available after 60 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) after 90 days.
- 4-day onboarding kicks off every Monday.
- Orientation Pay: $300 (paid on your first check).
- Travel & Stay: 100% company-paid travel. You get a private hotel room with breakfast, plus lunch on training days.
- Screenings: Company-paid DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation.
- Active Class A CDL license.
- Must be comfortable flying for your scheduled home time cycles.
- Ability to pass the standard company-paid DOT physical, drug screen, and performance evaluation.
