ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients, comprehensively understanding their insurance needs to offer personalized solutions.
Inbound Calls: Manage and respond to incoming calls with efficiency, answering queries and providing relevant insurance options.
Policy Customization: Develop and recommend customized insurance plans tailored to meet individual client needs and circumstances.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products to enhance client portfolios by bundling or rounding out policies.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and agency loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate, up-to-date advice.
RequirementsLicensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance sector, is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Remote Adaptability: Ability to effectively balance remote and in-office work while maintaining productivity.
Team Collaboration: A proven team player who is focused on building positive team dynamics.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
