We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Sales Coordinator to help grow our presence, build community partnerships, and increase ridership throughout the Birmingham market.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating business relationships, and finding opportunities to grow a successful organization.
What You'll Do as a Sales Coordinator:Business Development & Sales Support- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
- Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
- Manage leads and customer relationships through CRM systems
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and outreach activities
- Follow up with prospects and partners to maintain strong relationships
- Support initiatives that increase ridership and revenue
- Represent zTrip at networking events, community functions, and business gatherings
- Build relationships with community leaders and local organizations
- Participate in Chamber of Commerce and community events
- Increase awareness of zTrip services throughout the market
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the company
- Assist with local marketing campaigns and promotional programs
- Support social media and community engagement efforts
- Help coordinate outreach activities and events
- Contribute ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Support customer communication initiatives
- Work closely with leadership on growth initiatives and special projects
- Assist with customer engagement and relationship-building efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and community impact
- Experience in sales, customer service, business development, marketing, account management, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Comfortable speaking with business leaders and community partners
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
