Position Overview The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) requires technical expertise to support the existing capabilities of the Network Operations Branch of the Operations Division (GBO) of the Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate. The Senior Systems Administrator will lead the development and maintenance of network communications and use their knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to support internal and external networks.
Essential Job Function
- Lead all actions related to system administration.
- Ensure long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization.
- Install, maintain, configure, and secure the integrity of all computer software
- Implement operating system enhancements to improve the reliability and performance of the system.
- Must have a SECRET security clearance.
- Must possess Communications Environment (CE) certification upon start of contract.
