What You’ll Do

1. Assess, monitor, and treat wounds in accordance with physician orders and protocols
2. Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
3. Conduct weekly skin and wound rounds
4. Monitor and document healing progress and outcomes
5. Educate staff on wound care best practices and prevention
6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal care
7. Ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation

Qualifications

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred
3. Long-term care or rehab experience a plus
4. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
5. Wound care certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
