Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Birmingham, AL. This role requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase, making it an excellent opportunity to work in a flexible and rewarding home health environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately
• Create and implement individualized care plans for each patient
• Provide skilled nursing services such as medication administration, wound care, and health education
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate and support patients and families to improve care and recovery

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Alabama
• Experience with OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required
• A minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
• Locals and travelers both accepted
