We are seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to join our team at a hot concept dining establishment. This role is essential for delivering a memorable dining experience by leading a large team of 25+ staff, directly overseeing culinary operations, guest services, and menu development while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities and staff
• Oversee guest services and swiftly resolve issues
• Maintain quality control of ingredients and food preparation
• Train, manage, and schedule kitchen personnel to meet restaurant needs
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory, labor costs, and menu planning
• Utilize general kitchen management software tools

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or related fields
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe Manager Certification
