**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with any security-related concerns around the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
+ Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
+ Collaborate with building management and/or tenants to address security-related issues and support a welcoming environment within the commercial real estate location.
+ Document all incidents, security-related activities, and completed patrols according to site and Allied Universal protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Experience with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
+ Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
