Administrative Support Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.00 to $23.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
- General administrative and clerical support
- Data entry, filing, and document management
- Daily use of Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel
- Supporting management and office staff as needed
- Maintaining organization, accuracy, and confidentiality
Administrative Support Qualifications:
- Administrative experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
- Ability to adapt quickly in a backfill role
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
