Contracts Administrator
- Provide support for the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract awards, and modifications.
- Planning and managing the progression of the contracts
- Manages day-to-day administration of contracts and subcontracts.
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Establish and maintain complete, well-organized contract files.
- Coordinating/attending meetings with staff sections to establish requirements.
- Research and analysis to determine modifications required for current contracts.
- Liaison between COR and contract customers.
- Liaison between COR and contract customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Engineering, Education, or Science
- 3-5 years of experience working in contract administration with U.S. Government contracts
- Knowledge of federal contract regulations including FAR, DFARS, and AFARS
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint, specifically the Projects and Contracts modules (desired)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (desired)
