Job Responsibilities Include :

1) Follow safety rules for the well-being of yourself and team members

2) V-RAT certification acquired

3) Working with safety manager on rappel plans well ahead of scheduled rappel date

4) Communicate and work well with Superintendent/Manager and team members

5) Show leadership to co-workers; Own the job

6) Willingness to train co-worker (Service Tech)

7) PPE enforcement

8) Communicate material & tool needs to Superintendent/Manager ahead of time

9) Jobsite cleanliness (At all times)

10) Complete tasks within set durations

11) Properly maintain tools

12) Follow all C-Sharpe Company Employee Handbook guidelines including:

a. Keep reliable transportation and valid driver license

b. Come to work every day on time

c. Follow dress code

d. Avoid vulgar language and gestures

e. Communicate time-off requests with Superintendent

13) Display a desire to learn more

14) Properly maintain vehicles – The vehicles are your responsibility

15) Daily time tracking is accurate and clear

16) Daily time tracking is double checked before submission for co-worker (Service Tech)

17) Daily reports turned in every day

Physical Requirements Include:

1) Lifting and carrying items weighing approximately 50 pounds

2) Operating power tools overhead

3) Operating power tools in squatting and kneeling positions

4) Climbing and working from ladders

5) Working from suspended scaffolds (swing stages) and boom lifts at heights up to 200 feet

6) Working while wearing a respirator

7) Working while wearing a fall protection harness
