Responsibilities - Finance Manager:

• Explain features, advantages and benefits of each product for customized delivery
• Prepare accurate bank and state documents
• Train sales staff as necessary
• Maintain great lender relationships
• Engage in business development to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Meet dealership sales goals for profit and volume
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
  

Qualifications/Requirements - Finance Manager:

• At least 3 years’ previous F&I experience with proven track record is required
• Toyota experience is preferred but not required
• DealerTrack experience is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of bank and government compliance requirements
• Strong communications skills, team oriented
• Computer proficient
• Professional appearance and demeanor
