Small Engine Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $14.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Small Engine Technician to join our team. This full-time position operates on a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on a variety of small engines, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
• If you have experience in automotive or mechanical repair and are looking for a hands-on temporary opportunity, we encourage you to apply
• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in small engines using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Perform comprehensive repairs, including the replacement of faulty components, parts, and systems.
• Execute routine preventative maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, spark plug checks, and belt adjustments to prolong engine life.

Small Engine Technician Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanic, with a strong understanding of engine operation and repair principles.
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems, even if primarily applied to smaller engines.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools common to mechanical repair.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Previous experience as an Auto Lube Technician or in general automotive maintenance.
• Familiarity with repair and maintenance practices within manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
