MYP - English Language & Literature Teacher Grade 6 -10

This role requires an enthusiastic educator who can motivate students, parents, and staff to achieve continued success. The successful candidate will emphasize holistic education, providing well-resourced lessons and promote every child's right to learn by creating a warm but challenging environment for the children.Key Responsibilities:Deliver curriculum content, maintaining outstanding teaching and assessment standards.Create a nurturing and engaging classroom that supports students' right to learn.Develop differentiated lessons that meet diverse student needs, especially within the IBMYP framework.Collaborate closely with students, parents, and peers to foster a positive educational experience.Engage in school-wide activities and contribute to the overall welfare of the school community.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's Degree Major in English Language & Literature Subject or equivalentPGCE with UK Qualified Teachers Status, Bachelors of Education or SACE;Minimum 2-3 years proven teaching experience essential; ideally within an IB school;Proven track record in delivering outstanding results;Professional commitment to the successful implementation of an enriched IB/MYP and IB/DP curriculum is preferred;Competent level of IT Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with students, parent and peers;Be willing to engage in extra-curricular activities;Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to the general welfare of the School.Living in Dubai:Dubai is a vibrant, international city offering a unique lifestyle with a focus on family values, diversity, and quality of life.
