Job Description

We are seeking skilled Avionics Technicians to join our team and support the BEST program by performing phase maintenance and modification/installation on UH-60 helicopters. This role involves glass cockpit installs and autopilot installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform phase maintenance and modifications on UH-60 helicopters.
• Install and modify glass cockpits and autopilot systems.
• Conduct avionics modifications and installations.
• Work with radar, navigation (NAV), and communication (COMM) systems.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in avionics modification and installation.
• Proven experience with UH-60 or other rotary-wing platforms.
• Expertise in avionics, modifications, and installations.
• Ability to work with radar, NAV, and COMM systems.
• Possession of personal tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with UH-60 experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding in modification and installation on any platforms.

Work Environment

Work in an aircraft hangar setting with a Monday to Thursday day shift schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
