Overview:

• Join our team as a Shift Leader and contribute to the success of Firehouse Subs by executing restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Assist the management team in deploying team members and delegating tasks to ensure the completion of daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity.

Additional Requirements:

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shift.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.

Requirements:

• Responsible for guest product and service standards.
• Foster an environment of teamwork.
• Deliver an exceptional guest and restaurant experience.
• Greet and thank every guest with a smile and eye contact.
• Execute quality restaurant operations.
• Clean restaurant, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant as necessary.
• Operate food preparation machinery.
• Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies.
