Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for overall leadership, management, and accountability for all work performed under the contract. This role ensures effective execution of program objectives, coordination of resources, and successful delivery of services in compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, and Government expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for contract execution and program operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact and authority for all contractor activities
• Manage priorities, schedules, deliverables, and performance across all task areas
• Ensure continuity of operations and timely completion of all contract requirements
• Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance (if applicable)
• Coordinate closely with Government stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission objectives
• Identify, mitigate, and manage program risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, PWS requirements, and applicable federal regulations
• Prepare and deliver required reports, briefings, and status updates to the Government

Qualifications and Experience

• Option 1: Masters degree in Program Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience supporting major acquisition programs or projects, including 5 years in a program or project management role
• Option 2: Bachelors degree in Program Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience supporting major acquisition programs or projects, including 5 years in a program or project management role
• Demonstrated experience managing federal contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity

Certification Requirement
