2nd Shift Machine Operator – Entry-Level Opportunity
$16.00–$16.50/ hr | Full-Time | Hands-On Work with Room to Grow

We’re hiring Machine Operators to join a leading automotive supplier. You’ll help run robotic welding stations and assist with light assembly tasks. No manufacturing experience? That’s okay—we provide training and support every step of the way.
Schedule:
1st Shift- Available although mostly 2nd shift needs currently.
2nd Shift – Ideal if you need your mornings free or prefer working later in the day.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor robotic welding machines
- Perform light assembly of automotive components
- Inspect parts for quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot small machine issues and assist with basic maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and ready to learn
- Good attention to detail
- No previous manufacturing experience required—just a strong work ethic
- Someone that is willing to work in the HEAT !
