Location : We are seeking an experienced POS Systems Specials for BJCC, Legacy Arena, and Proactive Stadium in Birmingham, LA .

Principal Function :

• Deploy workstations, servers, printers, scanners, firewalls, encryption systems, and appliances
security systems.
• Ensure the integrity and security of enterprise data on host computers, multiple databases, and
during data transfer in accordance with business needs and industry best-practices regarding
privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.• Perform Data Entry for the Purchasing Department
• Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
• Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers,
and workstations; Respond to outages or system downtime efficiently and effectively.
• Set up, handout, and collect POS devices after events.
• Analyze system, server, application, network, and input/output device performance.
• Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches and
reconfigurations as directed by corporate IT.
• Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of
systems software procurement and development efforts.
