We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our one, two, and three-bedroom homes and amenities in top condition.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Complete resident service requests and handle after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain community amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and common areas.
• Ensure grounds and buildings are well-kept, safe, and compliant with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
• Manage tools, equipment, and inventory effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• HVAC Certification required
• Prior apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experience
• Ability to handle on-call rotations
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physically able to walk the property, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs.
