Production Associate
Allegiance Staffing is hiring Assembly and Production Associates for an automotive supplier in Talladega, AL!
We have multiple shifts available. Starting pay is $13.50 to $16.50 per hour.
Assembly Associate Responsibilities:
- General assembly
- Places parts in specified relationship to each other and inspects each part by hand
- Uses some hand tools or powered tools
- Perform visual inspection on various parts and completed assemblies
- Sort and inspect parts during entire manufacturing process
- May operate and maintain machines such as presses, injection mold machines, welders, & robots
- May be assigned to different work situations, lines, or departments depending on production needs
Assembly Associate Requirements:
- Must have at least six months experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Saliva Drug Screen and Background check required
