What You Can Expect

• Lead the creation and expansion of a new Structural Heart Program , with full institutional support to build a high-performing service line from the ground up.
• High procedural volume with experienced support staff and strong referral patterns
• Balanced call schedule that supports both professional satisfaction and quality of life . This role is well-suited for physicians who appreciate a steady rhythm of consults, procedures, and continuity of care.
• Competitive base salary ($700,000–$750,000 DOE) plus wRVU incentives, high patient demand, and robust procedural volume create a highly lucrative financial opportunity.
