What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or eligible SLP license for Alabama
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and goal development
• Comfort with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ educational and functional communication skills
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Offer consultation and resources to classroom staff on communication development strategies
• Support both in-person and virtual service delivery as needed
