Hunter & Hunter Enterprises is a FedEx Independent Service Provider operating out of Huntsville, AL, and we are hiring full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery Drivers to make local residential and business deliveries. If you’ve driven for FedEx, Amazon, UPS, USPS, DHL, or other delivery/courier companies then hat’s a plus! We are hiring urgently and immediately.

Position: FedEx Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Location: Huntsville, AL

Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Schedule: 5–6 days/week available | Flexible scheduling

Daily Duties:

• Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle at all times
• Deliver and pick up packages from businesses and residences
• Routes vary, but drivers can expect up to 150–180 stops per day
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (fluids, tires, lights, etc.)
• Load and organize daily route efficiently
• Accurately scan and track all packages using FedEx scanners
• Ensure correct delivery and pickup disposition of all packages
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with management
• Work independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Consistently complete routes in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass DOT physical.
• Pass drug screen + random testing during employment.
• Pass FedEx Ground background check.
• No felonies / No DUI within the last 10 years.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with hand truck.
• Ability to climb stairs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic and “get it done” attitude.
• On time and ready to work daily (typical start time 8:30 AM).
