Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is home to Independent residents as well as seniors needing short term or long-term nursing care. The leader of the team has been with the community over 15 years. As an RN Administrator, she brings her skill and passion to be an advocate for both residents and her staff to ensure a caring and rewarding environment. Join our team where you will be given the tools and support to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
Duties Include:
Must be certified and listed on the Alabama Nurse Aid Registry. Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care; report all accidents and incidents to immediate supervisor; report all changes in residents’ condition to charge/staff nurse as soon as possible; Inventory resident personal possessions; assist in resident transport; follow work assignments and schedules; perform daily documentation requirements.
