Customer Inquiries: Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and coverage.

Policy Updates: Process client requests for policy changes, updates, and modifications.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and team members.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.

Problem-Solving: Capacity to resolve customer issues effectively and creatively.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude in all customer interactions.

License: License is preferred but not required. The Lokey Agency will pay for licensing for the correct individual.
