Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant Program Summary KBR's Aviation & Ground Systems Directorate provides Systems Engineering & Integration support to the Army's Aviation and Ground soldiers with project based and full-time personnel support services. If you're ready to make a difference and thrive in a dynamic environment, apply now and let's shape the future together! **This position's start date is set for early August, estimated 10 hours per week** Roles and Responsibilities: + Gather, review input for duplication and content, correct, format and deliver monthly reports. + Maintain SharePoint IAW CM standards. + Participate and assist with internal and external audits. + Project and calculate future travel funding required and create estimates to provide to the accounting team for cost estimates and budget forecasting. + Assist and train employee travelers on how to use electronic reimbursement systems and input data for those that are unable. + Review and initiate corrections to all expense reports to assure appropriate funding is used with the corresponding labor support. + Review incoming funding Mods to assure accuracy and sufficient funding. + Analyze labor reports to correct employee labor charges. + Analyze accounting reports to ascertain if over runs have occurred and take action to correct them before each month end cycle (to avoid rejected invoicing). Basic Qualifications: + High School Diploma with 8 years of experience + Eligibility to obtain a Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: + A bachelor's degree can be substituted for 4 years of experience + An associates degree can be substituted with an additional 2 years of experience + Accounting/finance classes completed + Active Secret Clearance + Volunteer Work + Army experience Belong, Connect and Grow at KBRAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
