Scheduling Specialist

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Contact new and existing customers to schedule appointments for free in-home quotes.
• Respond to online inquiries via outbound calls and/or email.
• Listen to customer’s needs and answer questions about products.
• Determine the customer’s needs fit products offered by Durante.
• Able to learn scripting and implement on each call.
• Use CRM to schedule appointments based on product, location, and available sales personnel.
• Exceptional follow-up with prospects and existing clients to ensure excellent customer service.
• Route incoming calls to appropriate department.

Requirements:

• 1+ Years of Customer service, outbound sales/appointment setting.
• Integrity
• Customer Service Excellence.
• Confident, Motivated, and outgoing
• Excellent speaking and listening ability.
• Excellent written communication.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn new software and technology.
