Physical Therapist Assistant PTA (Clinic Based )
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) passionate about helping others improve their quality of life? We are seeking a motivated PTA to join our dynamic team in the beautiful city of Tuscaloosa! This clinic-based position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in providing care and treatment plans to patients.
- Help patients perform specific exercises as part of their rehabilitation process.
- Monitor and document patient progress, and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic space to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to aid recovery.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current PTA license in the state of Alabama.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Empathy and dedication to patient care.
