**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter prohibited items or unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
+ Collaborate with team members and site personnel to promote a secure environment within the tech and media location.
+ Assist with access control by checking credentials and/or visitor logs as required by site-specific policies.
+ Remain alert to potential security-related risks and provide timely communication of any concerns to appropriate personnel.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Possession of a current Guard Card or applicable state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
+ Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
+ Experience with access control systems and/or badge systems is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
