Compensation: Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses (Uncapped Earnings)

Position Overview

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, business development, and leadership.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in person, presenting our services, and driving new customer acquisitions. No prior sales experience is required—comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales in person customer at retail based events.
• Educate customers on products and services to identify the best solutions
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development workshops
• Track and report sales activity and results

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Coachable with a willingness to learn
• Must be comfortable working in an face-to-face sales environment
