Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A health system is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist specializing in radiology diagnostics to support the night shift at a major medical center in Pelham, AL. This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to apply advanced imaging expertise in a high-acuity setting with a focus on level 1 trauma care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays in the operating room and radiology departments.
• Adhere to strict protocols for patient safety and image quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide timely and accurate imaging critical for trauma and emergency cases.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures and ensure compliance with licensing standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of radiologic technologist experience, preferably within the last 5 years.
• Proven expertise in operating room radiography and strong exposure to Level 1 trauma settings at large academic medical centers.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• At least 1 year of travel experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Strong technical proficiency and ability to perform under pressure.

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every 4th weekend rotation
